El próximo sábado 2 de diciembre tendrá lugar en Alcalá del Júcar la VIII Carrera Popular “ Entre Barrancos” , empezara a las 11:00 y tendrá un recorrido de 11km 400 metros. Sobra decir que esta carrera forma parte del XVII CIRCUITO DE CARRERAS POPULARES DE ALBACETE y no es porque Alcalá del Júcar sea nuestro pueblo, pero sin duda esta carrera es una de las espectaculares del circuito.

La duración de la carrera será de 1h 30 min desde el inicio de esta. La prueba contara con 3 puntos de avituallamiento a lo largo del corrido,

Los ganadores tanto en categoría masculina como femenina recibirán un fin de semana para dos personas en CASAS RURALES LOS OLIVOS.

Mismo día y mismo lugar tendrá lugar el  II «TRAIL JUAN MIGUEL SOLER PEREZ» de Alcalá del Júcar, sin embargo la hora de comienzo para esta prueba será a las 10:00h y su recorrido será de 17km 800m.

La carrera transcurrirá por sendas, caminos y monte y tendrá una duración de 2h 50min. La prueba contara con tres puntos de avituallamiento.

El punto de salida será desde la playeta de Alcalá del Júcar, después se dará una breve vuelta al pueblo y ya el recorrido seguirá a través de sendas y algunas zonas de carretera. Cabe destacar que como excepción con motivo de esta prueba se atravesaran las cuevas del Masago y del Diablo Se tratan de unas cuevas excavadas en la piedra que atraviesan de un extremo al otro la montaña, de unos 800 metros que son de propiedad privada.

Para esta prueba también recibirán los ganadores un fin de semana de alojamientos para dos personas en CASAS RURALES LOS OLIVOS.

Consejo:

A todos nos gusta ganar, y es que ese espíritu competitivo y ese gen de superación que tenemos inculcados deben estar presentes, pero, en toda carrera de montaña, la prioridad es disfrutar de la propia carrera. Así que no dejes pasar la oportunidad de deleitarnos con el paisaje y dejarnos envolver por el sano ambiente de compañerismo que se respira de principio a fin.
